Policies
The terms you agree to, how we handle personal data, how payment and refunds work, and how the platform is protected. All of them apply to Prop Elite and are published by Aether AI Labs.
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Prop Elite and any software development work we carry out for you. In short: you subscribe per seat per month, you can cancel at any time from your billing screen, you keep ownership of your data, and we keep the platform running and confidential.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do not sell personal data. We never receive or store your full card number — payments are handled by our payment provider.

Refunds and Cancellation
Prop Elite is prepaid one month at a time, so you are never locked in — stop renewing and access simply ends when the period you paid for ends. You pay each month yourself unless the workspace owner has turned on optional auto-renew, and that can be turned off at any time — before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. We do not charge cancellation fees, and we refund billing errors, duplicate charges and any amount taken in error.

Payment Policy
Prop Elite is sold per seat, prepaid one month at a time, in Malaysian Ringgit. Payments are collected by our provider Curlec, part of Razorpay, on its own secure payment page. You pay each month yourself unless the workspace owner turns on auto-renew, which is optional, off until it is switched on, and can be turned off at any time.

Security Policy
Your agency's data is kept separate from every other agency's, encrypted in transit, and the most sensitive fields are encrypted at rest with every read recorded. We never receive your banking credentials. This page states what is actually in place, not what is planned.

Acceptable Use
This policy sets the boundaries for using Prop Elite. Most of it comes down to three things: hold the licences your work requires, treat other people's personal data lawfully, and do not attack or abuse the platform.
