How billing works
- A seat is one named user in your workspace. You pay the seat price for each seat you are using.
- Every payment buys one month. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- Auto-renew is optional and off unless you turn it on. With it on, your card is charged the plan price each month on the renewal date until you turn it off on the Billing page. With it off, nothing is ever charged unless you start the payment yourself.
- Adding a seat mid-month costs only the days remaining in that month.
- The amount shown at checkout is the total charged. No tax is added afterwards.
How you pay
Payments are collected by our payment provider, Curlec (Razorpay Malaysia), on its own secure checkout page, using FPX online banking or card. If you turn on auto-renew, your card is kept by Curlec, not by us. Your banking and card details are entered there and never reach us.
